What we collect
Only when you give it to us. Your ZIP code, which service you need, your mobile number, and — if you book — your name and the service address. Nothing on this page is required to browse it.
We also record which advert brought you here: the Google click identifier, campaign, ad group, matched keyword, and whether you are on a phone or a desktop. That is how we know which advertising is worth paying for. It says nothing about who you are.
If you use the chat, the conversation is stored so a person can pick it up where the assistant left off.
What we do with it
Quote your job, book it, turn up, and follow up about that job. That is all. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not working on your job.
Texts
We only text you if you gave us your number here and agreed to it. That means your quote, your discount, your appointment, and a reminder. Reply STOP to any message and we stop, immediately and permanently. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS terms.
Who else sees it
Our booking system and the crew assigned to your job. Google receives advertising measurement data — that a booking happened, and what it was worth. Your name, address, phone number and email are never sent to Google or to any advertising platform.
Google Analytics counts how many people reach each step of this page: which step, which service, and the price quoted. Your ZIP, number, name and address are removed before anything is sent, so it can tell us that forty people saw a price and six booked, and nothing about which people those were.
Session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to record how people move around this page — scrolling, taps, and the places where a page confuses somebody — so we can fix what is broken.
Everything you type is hidden before the recording is made. Your ZIP, your mobile number, your name, your address and the entire chat conversation are masked in the page itself, so they never reach Microsoft at all. The recording shows where a cursor went, not who was moving it. Microsoft may also use this data as described in its privacy statement.
On your own device
The page remembers how far you got — your ZIP, the service, the step — so you are not asked the same questions twice if you come back. Your name, address and phone number are deliberately not stored on your device, because a shared computer or a family tablet is not a safe place for them.
How long we keep it
Completed jobs are kept for our business records. An enquiry that never became a job is deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text or call (929) 266-7490 and say so. No form, no account, no waiting on hold.
Security
The page is served only over an encrypted connection. Everything you send goes straight to our booking system over that same encrypted connection. Access to customer records is restricted and key protected.
Children
This is a service for property owners and occupiers. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
